This is my dog, Floss. I love her, not just because of what she loves doing which is getting onto my new bed covers, making a nest and snoring away until bedtime. Which entails more snoring.I love this picture because I caught her in the act and she is doing her darndest to look innocent!

I may start doing my History homework today, because if I get it started then I will finish it in no time, it's just the starting it that is hard...

Looking out my window this morning, I noticed a huge change in the weather and I do not like it. Yesterday, the sky was un-clouded and we had a lovely view of the sun, today however, there are clouds everywhere. Rain, rain go away, come again another day!
Today was the adventure, also known as a trip to IKEA. Well, the Swedish are certainly good at setting this up, I always have great fun tootling around with the bright yellow shopping bag! I went with the family and my good friend, Rosie. We tottered about, found the bedding I fancied and a suitable clock for the wall and explored the kids section, the best.

The fairyland is the kids section at IKEA, we love the hundreds of toys, Rosie got a rather lovely rabbit! Mother picked up a nice blanket, not quite suitable for Summer but it's incredibly snuggly and I cannot wait to pinch it!

We ended the trip with the obligatory swedish meatballs, well, the others did. But as I am on the diet, I was prepared with a tuna salad, yum.

In other news, I have got the dress for Iain and Philippa's wedding, I am very excited about it because I haven't seen a lot of that part of my family for a while and it's always good to see them again!
You have the right to call me a failure. I realise that when I started doing this, I would do it everyday, well... I haven't and I have genuine excuses in that I am a fairly busy person but I should have kept my word and I'm sorry. I will try harder and make time.

This is a picture I took when Thomas and I went to stay with our godparents in North Petherton, Somerset. We had a great time and we visited Beaulieu motor museum where they had these beautiful roundabout, along with plenty of cars, of course! I thought I needed to take a lovely picture of it. I love photography! I wish that I had a better camera though, I am praying that one day I will have a Canon DSLR, it is my dream.

I miss the simulator at Beaulieu, it's the best one that I have ever been on. We treated us and our godparents to go on it because they had never been on one, and they absolutely loved it. I think that we may have got them addicted...
This is me, and one of my best friends Zöe.

I am not in a very good mood today, mainly because a few things have gone wrong and they were fairly major but it's cool. I have dealt with them and am currently drinking a strong cup of tea which is dealing with the situation nicely.

This picture is putting me in a marvellous mood, it reminds me of the fun we had when the charabanc which took us to prom (dennis chuggaboom) broke down. It was hilarious and I don't think that I can ever forget it. It's in a previous blog, so if you feel like reading that far too long extract about prom, feel free!

P.S We made it into two papers, one with an article about the brake downs and being late, one a picture. We're rather chuffed!
Here's a picture of a fountain in the gardens of Beaulieu Abbey which I had gone to with my twin, Thomas and our Godparents. Luckily for us, we managed to have a wonderful sunny day so we could make the most of it. There was also an Armed Forces Day that was happening, so my Brother loved it as he is hoping to join Welbeck and become an engineer in the Army.

I am currently being very lazy, I had a pyjama day yesterday and am contemplating having another one today, how bad... On the plus side, I am organising myself quite well ready to go back to school after Summer holidays are over and have found notebooks, lever arch files etc... I just need to order them soon. I already have my school bag, a nice Cath Kidston carry all with roses on, I love it! I can't stand having a plain bag, having a patterned bag is much nicer and more interesting.

YouTube is the best thing ever in these holidays, I am watching ShayTards, CTFxC and many more throughout and I love it!
This is a picture from Prom which was on Friday 9th July. I am with Claudia and my twin, Thomas. I'm the one in the rose print dress, I am so glad that I didn't wear the other dress that I got...

Prom day didn't start very well for me, first of all I found out that I didn't get a part in the school production, let alone the one I wanted and I was in the chorus again. This made me a little upset as I had tried so hard, but I did cheer up.

The second thing, was it got to half four when my hairdresser was meant to be here and she didn't arrive... I was panicking and a few minutes later we got a text come through telling us that she couldn't make it because her other half has had to be taken to hospital. It couldn't have been helped but it was so unfortunate to happen on this day. We rang up Roland John is town and luckily they could fit us in at half 5, this was leaving it late but it would have to do. Luckily, the girl did mine in half an hour and I absolutely loved it. We then rushed home as I only had 15 minutes to put my dress on and do my make-up before setting off to Claud's house, just about managed to do it.

Got to Claud's house, had some nice pictures including this one and then walked down to get the Chuggaboom! It had broken down after exerting itself going up the hill, we took the opportunity to take some pictures but we still had to get the Chuggaboom going. It rolled down the hill, went to another stop and started up again. It broke down again further on, in twenty minutes it was fixed and then we could race off to prom. We had a lot of fun in the Chuggaboom but the downside was that there was nobody to see us arrive and greet us, never mind as they started to come out and take pictures!

Overall, prom was pretty good even if the music was controversial. It was worth the stress and I have got some nice memories from it. I even won a Scooby Doo hammer, oh yeah!
This is a skull that I found on a bridleway. This was a bridleway that I always used to walk on, but recently it has become an overgrown mess. I don't know whose skull this is, but it looks like a sheep to me. Anyway, what I wanted to say was, why don't people look after the public bridleways? This particular one is overgrown with nettles, I fought through them with my bike and just got stung a few hundred times so no big deal. You then walk further up, thinking that it is fine and then the shrubs attack you with long branches.

I don't think I will be going up it again, anytime soon as I still have the cuts on my legs. Well, if I do I will be sure to wear trousers!
