Now that is what you call a place name. Yesterday we pretty much drive all round the North of Wales. We were originally heading for Anglesey but well, it was a bit of a dump so we left. There are so many weird place names, I know it's Welsh but seriously, is there any need?

The weather is beautiful at the moment though, the sun is here to stay, so it seems. Tonight we are having a barbecue because for once in our lives, we are actually staying at a place that has equipped us with one! Good news all round.

I think todays plans are shopping for barbecue food and then possibly a train journey so that our Father can get his fill of trains, we'll see.

I am also on the lookout for some kick-ass birthday presents still, haven't found them so need to keep looking. Got four to get, blimey.
I'm in Wales! This is me and my mixing bowl, baking a cake, it took me about two hours to make it, how awful. That's a pretty long time but it passed the time well, I love baking. We didn't go out much because it was horrible and rainy so we stayed inside in the warm. In the end, the cake was pretty good and we had some with our tea, it was so worth it.

I will carry on to post pictures of where I am staying, or at least pictures of Wales where I visit so you can see what it's like. Today is not planned yet, we have no idea what we are doing. I fancy going on another train journey because they have lots of small trains, as in half-size ones that you can ride on and they are so much fun. You can see lots of great scenery. We went on a few last year and I enjoyed them, I didn't think I would, it has to be said. I also want to go back to Portmeirion, which is beautiful.

Hopefully the weather cheers up, I don't want to wear hoodies everyday...
I am a tad annoyed because I tried to log onto Dailybooth today and I know my log in information was right and I don't know why but now I am not allowed to log on for however long it sets, dang it. I'm @hannyrose on there, I miss being nosey.

Chinese tonight, so excited. We're having Chinese because Mother canne be bothered to cook seeing as we're going to holiday anyway tomorrow. Fingers crossed for a huge bowl or special chow mein, it's the best thing ever.

Today was a really good day, as we had many of our last lessons today, teachers brought in presents and had little parties and that kind of thing with us. Our French teacher, Mrs Rossetti was so sweet, she even brought in brownies for us! Mrs England blew up the pictures of us in our Geography hoodies and they look pretty darn amazing on her wall.

I don't think I will be able to blog tomorrow, unless I find time in the evening but we are travelling in the evening so I will be exhausted, au revoir.
So here's a picture of when I went to see Bloc Party with my friend, Carly. It was my first gig and even though I have nothing to compare it to, it really was amazing. Carly and I managed to get a pretty good view, even though we couldn't get that close to them... If I ever want to go to a similar gig, I know who to take with me. Carly is pretty amazing!

Just listened to Kele's solo debut song, "Tenderoni"... Not sure at all. I don't like it because for starters, it's too dance and electronic for me, and he sounds so much better with Bloc Party. I really hope they get back together and do more stuff soon, "One More Chance" is great, check it out.

Got my English homework back today, got an A+ which I'm pleased with, my twin and I were just one mark within each other, pretty weird I'd say. We must be similar in ability, obviously.

Got so many presents to buy over the holidays, it's Carly and Claudia's birthday the day we go back to school and I want to buy Katie and Billie nicer presents then the ones I already got them, so I better start shopping! Seeing as I'm going to Wales, they should all expect a sheep, dresses in wrapping paper with a bow around it's neck. Or a leek. Yes.
This is North Wales, near Criccieth. I am going here after-school on Friday and I am very excited because we now have a 5 star cottage rented there for the week with a cleaner and everything, how exciting! We may be surrounded my sheep but all is cool because they have cleared enough space for us to have barbecues. I just hope the weather stays fairly warm so that we can make the most of it, Wales is nowhere near as much fun in the rain. I like North Wales opposed to South Wales because there is prettier countryside, less commercialism and plenty more wildlife to gawp at. You know what would be nice though? A trip to New Zealand or Australia, imagine how much wildlife I could see then!

I am going to go for plenty of walks when I am in Wales, mainly because there are so many opportunities to take photos because of the gorgeous scenery. My dogs love it too, as they can go off the lead and explore as much as they like.

I will have my MacBook with be in Wales, so I can keep this blog updated, so I am at least doing something with my time! You never know, I might actually manage to keep my blogging daily, as I think I have managed so far... English Literature exam tomorrow, wish me luck!
This is a car which was at the annual May Fayre in Corsley this weekend, how gorgeous is it?! I would love to have a car like this, but apparently maintenance on them costs a fortune and well, seeing as I don't even have a job I don't think that would work out so well. Oh yeah, and I can't drive! I think VW Beetles are gorgeous, I would adore to have on in a really bright colour, they just scream summer from them! My Father has always had big cars, to carry dogs, family, bags etc... He has a Volvo V70 at the moment which I absolutely adore, but they aren't exactly what you would call beautiful, are they?

Today I said I was going to do English Literature revision, well um. I haven't so much done that, but I did do my English homework, so I did do work! The task was to describe a journey in a car, plane, train or boat. I did it about a train journey and it is all about my Dad, because he is a complete train geek and so he was the perfect stimulus material. You know what's sad? He is starting to recruit me, and I actually am becoming a fan as well, uh oh.

Back to school tomorrow, last official week as a Year 11, how scary! My Mother was coming over all nostalgic this afternoon and telling me what I was like when I was little, not much has changed to me but a lot has changed for my Mother, not that this surprised me...

I apologise in advance for any blogs I miss. I am trying to do one every day but some days this may not be possible, so... If I do miss one, I'm sorry!

Just come back from watching one of my best friends, Claudia, in her dance show. It was really good! I knew a few other people there and they all put in so much effort, I would definitely go and see it again. Well done Claud!(L)

I put this picture up because It reminds me of times when I wasn't this hot. It's too hot here, I am a typically British girl and yes, I moan when it's too cold and I moan when it's too hot. What can I say? It's in my genes. I prefer a comfortable in-between.

I like hand hearts, mainly because they are one of the few things that I am actually able to do, but also because they are such a simplistic thing to show affection, it's lovely. If anybody else uses Dailybooth, you will see how many people do it, it's nice!

Tomorrow I have to revise for English Literature, I have my GCSE on Tuesday and, seeing as I want to carry it on, I would like to do well. Also got Physics on Friday, oh dear. It's the last official day of Year 11 though, so we all sign shirts and have a leavers assembly, it's going to be great but slightly sad as I might never see some people again! :c

I will try and remember to blog after the Literature exam, let ya know how it went.
I am obsessed with books, and I'm not ashamed of it because I actually think that they are amazing, you can really lose yourself in them! My Mother bought me two new ones today, that I can't wait to read. They're called "The Help" about racial inequalities and friendship, and "The Angel's Game", which is about a writer conducting an investigation. So excited about reading them, just need to finish my current one...

I always used to think about being a writer when I grow older, but I don't know if I could cope with the pressure, or even if I'm good enough. I am studying English Literature as one of my Sixth Form subjects, and I would love to carry it on at university.

I have always thought about Journalism as well, but they always get such bad reputations and are never respected in the way that they should be. Being an editor or a publisher would be a dream career for me, but well, it's so tough to get to the top. I shall have to keep your posted in the future.
I'ma revising like a crazy person for my Biology exam, I am so worried about it! I have never been good at Science and I really want to get an A, I have to work so hard...

I have my General Studies Paper 2 today, it's going to be very boring because it's all about surveillance and other such nonsense. I don't really see the point of General Studies. Why do we need to get a GCSE over common knowledge? It isn't as if universities even look at General Studies results!

I have been editing some pictures I took a little while ago, and this is one that I took in Warwick Rose Garden, within the castle. I stay with my Godmother every summer, and this is one of the many wonderful places she took me.

I really love my Godmother, I don't know what I would do without her.

Man, I am not looking forward to the weekend for the first time in my life, because I am going to have to revise for the whole of it. But, I do have one big highlight, and that is that I am going to watch my friend Claudia perform in her dance show, it's going to be good!
This, is my dog, a Miniature long-haired Dachshund. She is called Floss, but everybody calls her Flo, as it sounds much nicer, and I prefer it as well. She is quite possibly the laziest dog alive, she likes nothing better than spending the whole day fast asleep on her back, on the sofa.

Anyway, I had my General Studies paper 1 today, and it was very boring indeed, there was a lot about Submarines?! Weird, I must say.

So, I was thinking to myself, whilst I was waiting for time to run out in the exam, who actually thought about having sit-down exams where you have to answer as much as you can in a limited amount of time. If you think about it, it's actually a pretty weird idea. If they were still alive now, I wouldn't be very civil with them, they have put far too much pressure on us.

This is a picture that I took from my bedroom window last night. I like to think that I live in a lovely part of England, Wiltshire. It's important to live in an area that you love and enjoy, life wouldn't be the same otherwise...

I am currently revising, but as I have been doing it for the majority of the day it is getting a little tedious now. I don't know how people can do it for days on end without breaks, it's boring unless you do fun subjects.

I have my first proper GCSE tomorrow, it's my General Studies exam, which I will be glad to hurry up and get out of the way, it's not overly important to me.

My most important exam, Geography, is my last one on 14th June luckily. This gives me just under a month to revise plenty and make sure that I well and truly know everything, I think I have one of the best Geography teachers in the world. She even made hoodies for us!

I will blog tomorrow, after my exam.
My name's Hannah, and I am attempting to keep this up.

So, I'm trying a blog, I have never attempted one before so we'll have to see how this goes...

Yesterday I went to the beach, Bournemouth, to be precise. I loved it, because I went with four of my friends to celebrate Shana's birthday, and we did all sorts. Half regretting going in the Sea though, seeing as I am still cold now! It was pretty silly looking back on it, but it's something that we had to do.

I took this picture there, the "thing" in the bottom right it this rocket ball, which we spend far too much time throwing and catching, I have no idea why we find it so fun.

I will blog later, or tomorrow so err... See you then.
